Mostly What We Had For Dinner Last Night

Well, I finished off the fricassee of peanut. Here goes the last of it!

Last night we had home-made tortillas made into enchiladas.

We got a tortilla press at Pancho Villa's Farmers Market, if you can believe it.

And so we have the press in action in these two photos!

And the results of her labors!  (I washed the dishes)
