Is This Year Over Yet?

I have not been keeping up with things here, and I'm not going to start now, but I wanted to drop this link in a safe place.  It is a scene I ran across while looking at lakes in Iran on Google Maps.  Except this particular scene is on the shore of Lake Van, which is in Turkey.

RIP Carrie Fisher.  I'll always remember your role in Shampoo.

A QUICK TRIP

A bag from California Coast Credit Union that I picked up somewhere.  I THOUGHT it was reusable, but it did not survive the first use.  And no, it is not a picture of an iceberg!

Saw this on a quick trip to Buckman Springs to lend a hand and a ladder (my new Little Giant!)  to grab a geocache.  A photographer I ran across told me about this painting.
