What's For Dinner?

Honestly, how hard can it BE to make pancakes?




I see my pancake-making skills have not improved since the great WeBeLoS father-son outing at Green Valley Falls in what, '63??  Sheeesh!

At least they were buttery!

    Dad, besides turning the heat up, at least at first, you might want to use the flat square pan... griddle is it called? And be careful with that plastic spatula, they melt pretty fast!
